Ms. Lauren Odell

I am a graduate of Cullman High School as well as Auburn University where I earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. I love teaching the preschool age and creating a learning environment where the students can interact with their peers and learn through hands on experiences through play. One of my favorite parts of teaching at St. Paul’s is being able to share Jesus and to see His light shine through my students every day. When I’m not at school you can often find me either outside, working on home projects, gardening, or near a pool in the summer!

Mrs. Dana Kritner

Mrs. Kritner has a degree in Child Development and is going into her twentieth year of teaching PK4.She has a strong love for GOD, family, and children. She is so thankful to be part of the ministry here at St. Paul’s. She and her husband have been married for thirty two years. They have one daughter, one son in love, and one precious grandson. She and her husband both attend St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Kristine Gaub

Mrs. Tricia Drake

2nd Grade

I received a bachelor's degree from Jacksonville State University and a master's degree from the University of Alabama. After retiring from public education I was blessed with a position at St. Paul's. It is an honor to serve God through teaching His precious children. My passion is to ensure my students become successful citizens and an asset to their community. I truly believe that God gave me a gift by allowing me to have a career, that I love, for so many years. Outside of the classroom I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, and crafts. I am married and have two wonderful children and two perfect grandchildren. It is my intent to continue teaching as long as God needs me.

Mrs. Caitlin Bates

3rd Grade

Hello! My name is Caitlin Bates. I am so blessed to be part of the St. Paul's Lutheran School family! I am a graduate of UAB with a B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. My husband Weston and I have two children, Wheeler and Sydney. We are members of St. John's. I am excited about teaching your littles and guiding them on their path with Jesus. My favorite part about teaching is witnessing those "light bulb" moments when a child masters a skill or learns a concept. The look on their face is one I will always be grateful to see!

Mrs. Lynette Fagner

4th Grade

I am a newly transplanted Iowan to Alabama. We love the people and the area! I have a BA in Elementary Education (K-8) from the University of Northern Iowa with an emphasis in history. I am married and have 10 children, 2 of whom moved to Alabama with us. I am very excited to be a part of the St. Paul's family!

Mr. Jonathan Moody

5th Grade

I have a AA from A&M University. I enjoy teaching at St. Paul's because of small class size and the opportunity to provide more one on one attention. It is also a pleasure to teach at a school associated with my church. My hobbies include yard work and gardening.

Mrs. Vicki Bussman
